The electronic office is the University's electronic address through which citizens can access information, services and electronic procedures provided by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). It therefore serves as the University's “virtual office”, which can be accessed via the UPC website or directly at https://seuelectronica.upc.edu.

The electronic office is owned by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, whose registered address is 31 Jordi Girona Street, Barcelona, and whose tax identification number (NIF) is Q-0818003-F. The University guarantees the accuracy, integrity and updating of the information and services accessible through the electronic office. Its management and administration are the responsibility of the University's General Secretariat, which may delegate its administration to the services or units responsible for the relevant subject matter.
