Electronic noticeboard of the UPC
The electronic noticeboard in this portal is the electronic medium by which information of general interest, communications and administrative actions of the University are published. The tool used is the e-Tauler of the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia, which ensures that all the requirements for security, integrity, authenticity, availability, impossibility of data indexing and evidence generation are complied with.
On the electronic noticeboard you will find resolutions and agreements on:
- Notices and communications for which the recipients are unknown.
- Notices and communications for which the place is unknown.
- Actions related to recruitment or competitive processes.
- Actions related to the exercise of regulatory authority.

- This noticeboard is implemented in accordance with Regulation 01/05/2024 of the Office of the General Secretary, of 1 May, on the implementation of the electronic noticeboard of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. At present, it includes only actions and communications corresponding to processes managed by the Staff and Organization Area, the Academic Area and the Office of the General Secretary. The actions and communications of other governing bodies and units will be incorporated gradually.
- The operational criteria of this electronic noticeboard are determined in accordance with Regulation 01/05/2024, of 1 May, of the Office of the General Secretary on the operational criteria of the electronic noticeboard of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
The operation of this electronic noticeboard is governed by Regulation 01/05/2024, of 1 May, on the implementation of the electronic noticeboard of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, in accordance with the provisions of:
- Article 27 of the Regulations on the Use of Electronic Media at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, approved in the Governing Council Decision of 30 January 2013.
- Article 7 of the Regulations on the Creation and Operation of the E-Services Portal of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, approved in the Resolution of the Rector 2357/2010, of 18 October.
