Processing and support process

Before starting the procedure

  • Consult the specific conditions for the procedure you are interested in to find out what documents you need to submit.

  • Save the supporting documents you wish to submit in .pdf format.

During the procedure

  • Access the procedure with your UPC Digital Identity (username/password and PAN number of your activated card).

  • Access the procedure with any VÀLid identification system.

  • Choose the recruitment process you are interested in from the drop-down menu.

  • Fill in the form.

  • If necessary, attach the supporting documents in .pdf format (see instructions for attaching documents).

  • Check the disclaimer box.

  • Click the button "Signa i registra" [Sign and register].

Once the procedure has been completed

  • You will be informed that the application is being processed, and you will be asked to sign:

    • With your UPC Digital Identity (username/pasword and PAN number of your activated card) if you are a member of the UPC community.

    • With any VÀLid identification system and signature.

  • You will be informed that the procedure has been completed successfully.

  • You can download proof that the procedure has been registered.

  • A few minutes later, you will receive an e-mail from tramit.generic.noreply@upc.edu that contains:

    • A secure verification code (CSV) for the application submitted.

    • A secure verification code (CSV) for every document you have submitted.

  • In the case that you need the self-service section of documents of the Seu Electrònica UPC, you can obtain a true copy of the documentation presented.

  • Consult the Responsible Unit for the procedure or the Registration Office website if you need help with the procedure.
